The Organized Minority
Minority: A small sub-group within a larger group. Has NO connection with race or ethnicity
Organized minorities are the bane of democratic societies. In a free society, a small clique of persons can band together and affect the course of events in a country.
Robber barons were wealthy and powerful American industrialists in the late 19th century who amassed fortunes through unethical practices, monopolizing industries, and exploiting workers. They are often criticized for their corrupt business tactics and significant influence over politics and society during the Gilded Age, when the United States was rapidly industrializing. In 1975 the Church Committee uncovered significant abuses by U.S. intelligence agencies, including CIA assassination plots against foreign leaders, illegal surveillance of American citizens, and Nazi-like mind control experimentation programs like MKULTRA.
Today, exposing abuses by a powerful organized minority can lead to accusations that individuals are “conspiracy theorists.” It is a favorite tactic used by elites to deflect criticism.
The basis for “conspiracy theory” has been established for over a century in political sociology. It is called Elite Theory.
Gaetano Mosca, in his major work Elementi di Scienza Politica (translated as The Ruling Class, 1896/1939 English edition), proposed the now widely accepted idea that “all societies are ruled by an organized minority.”
Mosca argued that in every society, political power is always exercised by a small, organized ruling minority (what he called the “political class” or “ruling class”) over a large, unorganized majority. He viewed this as an inevitable fact of social organization, not a temporary condition.
This idea applies to society as a whole, but also to important units within society such as banking, education, media, and politics. It applies to democracies but also to monarchies and aristocracies.
In fascist and communist societies a tiny minority rules by force. As Mao Tse-tung said, “Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.” General Franco’s Spain, Idi Amin’s Uganda, Pinochet’s military dictatorship in Chile, the Soviet Union, various “People’s Republics” and “Democratic Republics” in China, the Congo, Cambodia (Pol Pot), are well known examples.
Fascists and communists are straight-up sociopaths.
In democracies, organized minorities (elites) accuse researchers of being “conspiracy theorists” when they bring up inconvenient facts. Of course, not every nutjob on social media makes legitimate accusations. But we have seen how the central government uses its power to suppress speech it doesn’t like. Under Biden, the FBI coerced social media like Twitter and YouTube to delete and/or shadow ban thousands of accounts.
The Origin of the modern “conspiracy theory” charge
The term “conspiracy theorist” was invented by the CIA to smear anyone who challenged the Warren Report conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald was the only person involved in the assassination of JFK. It has been used over and over to validate “lone nut” explanations for political and public killings, and to squash those who challenged the official explanation for 9/11 (“box cutter Arabs”).
“Conspiracy theorist” is a term that implies mental instability – as if any challenge to the official explanations of a corrupt government somehow makes you crazy.
“All societies are governed by organized minorities,” is not simply a phrase used to justify unsubstantiated accusations. It is a common-sense explanation for why majorities are often ruled by small groups, or elites.
Circulation of Elites
Vilfredo Pareta expanded on Mosca with his idea that elites are not static, but must constantly take in fresh blood. Pareta proposed the idea that elites must “circulate.”
Circulation of elites means that successful ruling classes must constantly absorb new talented individuals from below, or risk being seen as outright dictators and overlords. It is a key mechanism of stability and change for organized minorities in democracies. Continuous fresh blood entering the ranks of elites provides a facade of democratic choice and respectability, even though the organized minority maintains the same goals of social control.
The World Economic Forum, part of the elitist United Nations complex, recognizes this with their Young Global Leader program that recruits new faces from exclusive schools and organizations.
In the United States this idea has been implemented successfully for over a century by what used to be called the “Eastern Establishment.” Those who go to the “best schools” – Harvard, Yale, Cornell, Princeton, etc. – are the privileged sons and daughters of the wealthy, who are groomed to occupy important posts in the central government. Their policies always advance the interests of the wealthy and influential.
This process was documented by David Halbertstam in his book, The Best and the Brightest. In the book, the “Eastern Establishment” elites are shown to be the central group of highly educated, privileged, and interconnected men who shaped U.S. policy in Vietnam, with disastrous results.
In England, the secretive but highly organized Milner Group ran English foreign policy from the late 19th century at least until the end of World War II. The activities of the Milner Group are documented in Two World Wars and Hitler, a historical expose of the activities of a small but very well-organized minority that kept its activities hidden even from England’s own political class. Most of those in the Milner Group were Oxford University graduates.
If you are a student of political history this book will blow your mind, no exaggeration intended, for it turns history on its head. We think we know who the bad guys and the good guys are in WW I and WW II, but the truth is just the opposite, for the winners always write the histories.
To see a definitive history of organized minorities, check out Prof. Carroll Quigley’s work, The Anglo-American Establishment (1981). Quigley worked with a British whistleblower, Sir Alfred Zimmern. Both were highly recognized academics. They charged that British elitists in the Milner Group were responsible for the start of both world wars. The authors of Two World Wars and Hitler write:
The two friends, Quigly and Zimmern, were highly regarded academics on the international stage, and because they could not be dismissed as ‘conspiracy theory’ cranks, their revelations have simply been airbrushed by the Milner Group, Oxford University, and the Anglo-American establishment. One might expect academic rebuttals of Quigley’s thesis by historians linked to Oxford University – but nothing. That Quigley’s work has been completely blanked by British mainstream academics, politicians, and the press, tells us just how powerful were the individuals he was exposing.
The Lone Nut Theory
If organized minorities are powerful enough to start two world wars – as you will discover if you read Two World Wars and Hitler – surely they are powerful enough to arrange a few public shootings and assassinations of public figures. And just as surely they would be able to sanitize crime scenes, alter the focus of investigations, and paint a very plausible portrait of events that follow the “official line.”
That official line is the Lone Nut Theory.
In almost every single case of public killings in the United States, from Lee Harvey Oswald to Tyler Robinson, “lone nuts” have been blamed. This explanation is often so silly it defies logic, but it has been used successfully for over 60 years and people accept it.
In the case of Tyler Robinson, at a public venue attended by thousands of people, he was able to bring a rifle to a rooftop only 143 yards from the speaker’s platform without being seen by anyone, kill Charlie Kirk, and magically escape with his weapon (which he conveniently put under a bush with his fingerprints on it for someone to discover), and leave the scene without being noticed by thousands of people.
All on his own. Without any help whatsoever.
This is a ludicrous, preposterous assertion if you ask me. As with the Trump assassination attempt in Butler, PA, the crime scene at Utah Valley University, over the next two days, was thoroughly sanitized – all evidence of the shooting was removed. New cement was poured, paint was applied, and a nice “cleanup” of the scene was performed by our dutiful FBI. In Butler, the FBI went on the roof where the lone gunman supposedly shot Trump and thoroughly hosed down the scene, taking away Crooks’ body. (BTW, the body was discovered in position well below the roof line, so how could Crooks have done the deed? Some speculate that Crooks was the spotter for the real shooter. That, dear reader, is a conspiracy theory! We’ll never know.)
If Crooks and Robinson were lone nut gunmen, why go to all the trouble to sanitize the crime scene? Preserving the crime scene might have provided substantial evidence that Crooks and Robinson acted alone. Same with Oswald in the Kennedy assassination. Oswald was conveniently “sanitized” by Jack Ruby pretty quickly after his arrest.
Would a 22-year-old kid (Robinson) with no criminal record be capable of the Kirk murder without assistance? It is said by way of explanation that Robinson became “more political” over the months leading to Charlie Kirk’s appearance, as if that explains everything.
Thomas Crooks was 20 years old when he tried to kill Trump. How could this child have possibly arranged such a killing all by himself, with Secret Service, police, and the public all over the place?
I would believe, however, that an organized minority was capable of arranging the killing of Charlie Kirk, shooting at Trump, erasing JFK, and shooting a series of semi-automatic rifles into a crowd at the Harvest Music Festival in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017, from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel, killing over 60 people.
The FBI and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department conducted an extensive investigation of the mass shooting in Las Vegas. They concluded that Stephen Paddock acted alone but had no ideological motive, no ties to terrorism, no manifesto, and no clear political or religious motivation. Paddock’s motive remains officially undetermined.
According to official reports, Paddock is just another lone nut in a series of lone nut assassins dating back over six decades.
How Many Lone Nut Shooters are there?
I asked Grok to provide a list of major public shootings/assassinations in the US since 1960. I then asked Grok how many of these shooters were determined by the authorities to be lone nuts.
Odd, isn’t it, that all but two of these shooters supposedly acted alone. Many of them had mental problems, which should have interfered with their ability to plan and execute these murders. Perhaps mass murderers are blessed with incredible fortune carrying out their killings, but in our country, they always get caught in the end by the stalwarts in the FBI.
Who Is a Conspiracy Theorist?
A conspiracy theorist is defined as anyone who challenges orthodoxy or official doctrine.
Those doctors who challenge vaccination, for example, even with valid research, are deprived of their medical licenses. Those who challenge the lone nut theory of mass shootings and political assassinations are called kooks, nutjobs, and mentally unstable persons.
The fact that the majority of people in the US still don’t believe Oswald alone killed Kennedy, 63 years after the event, shows the power of an organized minority to dream up official explanations and make them stick.
The Milner Group’s historical lies about the two world wars are still the accepted official explanation for these conflicts, over a century later.
Lies propagate along the time track of history because a lie covers up the truth and perpetuates confusion about the incident. The truth resolves the lies and settles the issue.
The U.S. government’s admission that the Gulf of Tonkin incident that began the Vietnam War was untrue (there were no North Vietnamese ships present in the Gulf at that time) resolved that particular historical lie.[1] But such a government confession is very, very rare.
Organized criminal minorities simply hope that the absurd explanations for public disasters will be smoothed over by law enforcement agencies like the FBI.
More than likely Tyler Robinson will go to jail for the murder of Charlie Kirk and everyone will forget about it. Case closed! People my age will die off and no one will give a shit about JFK anymore – he will become a mere historical footnote. Stephen Paddock and the murder of 60 people in Las Vegas – and all the other killers – will fade quietly into the memory bank of history, buried by the weight of official explanations.
What’s the old saying? “You can fool all of the people some of the time, you can fool some of the people all of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.” In a more enlightened time, future historians will examine this period of history and shake their heads at how easy it was to fool all of the people all of the time.
[1] From Grok: The National Security Agency (NSA) declassified a major internal historical study titled “Skunks, Bogies, Silent Hounds, and the Flying Fish: The Gulf of Tonkin Mystery, 2–4 August 1964.” The study concluded that the August 4, 1964 incident (the one used to justify the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution) never happened.
There were no North Vietnamese ships present during the reported second attack.
The first attack (August 2) did occur, but the second was based on bad intelligence, misread sonar/radar, and mistaken communications.
This NSA study is widely regarded as the definitive official confirmation.

Wow! What a detailed view of lone gunman history, and "How do you start a War Game" scenarios. I'm still puzzled by the Warren Report re "Kennedy" that clearly stated a bullet can hit one person, exit that body, make a hard right turn, and hit another. What happened to the shots coming from the Grassy Knoll? I remember hearing Oswald's protests that "he never shot anybody" and was blatantly sacrificed! You've covered a lot of ground here and given that, I'd rather be considered a Conspiracy Theorist than believing the glossed over version of events as painted by so-called experts who like to rule from the shadows. What about "Planes hitting the Twin Towers?" Is that another washout? I hope our Ascension comes through soon so we can put this litany of lies behind us.
