I certainly see what you're getting at here. There is definitely an information overload going on right now. I know I feel it. Because periodically I need to detox. And that's a main reason why I walk everyday, to look at trees, breathe the air and say hello to real people on the way. Over the years I've made walking friends. I see them irregularly, but they and I always say hello when we meet. On this morning's walk two young girls, school age sisters, greeted me as usual and wished me a good day. So did dad who was taking them to their School Bus Stop. I don't have a cell phone. And if and when I do, it will never be part of my walks. Keep it simple! And Oh yeah - Breathe!!!

Totally agree with going for walks aevery day. If I don't do my walk in the morning and breathe some fresh air I feel lethargic for the rest of the day. The only problem with the walks is that at least once a week I see dozens of contrails in the sky above the farmer's field I live next to, I guess that's what the duality is all about.

At some point Maurice I expect common sense to make a resurgence in this nutty world. That should make life a little easier for the peoople who are still sane.
